Help & guidelines
Answers to common questions, how to reach Paira when something isn’t right, and a few guidelines that keep Paira kind and safe for everyone.
Getting help
In the app: open Settings › Help & about › Share feedback. Your note goes straight to Paira, so it’s the quickest way to report a bug or suggest something.
By email: khanhlq21011999@gmail.com. If it’s about your account, write from the address you sign in with.
Paira isn’t an emergency service. If you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency services.
Common questions
Where do I manage a shared space?
Open Settings › Your spaces and choose a space to see its members and options. Your personal app preferences live in Settings.
How do I invite someone to my space?
Open the space from Settings › Your spaces and tap Invite someone. Share the link or the code, and the other person opens the link or enters the code in Paira. Only people you invite can join.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Check Notifications in Paira’s Settings, then check your phone’s permissions and focus mode. Both need to allow the alerts you want.
Paira got something wrong. What should I do?
Paira’s answers come from AI and can be wrong, so check anything important before you rely on it. Telling Paira through Share feedback helps get it fixed.
Who can see what I share?
In a shared space, the other member sees what you share there. When either of you asks Paira for help, Paira reads what it needs to answer. No one at Paira reads your conversations to run it.
Read the Privacy policyHow do I delete my account?
Go to Settings › Account › Delete Account. If you can’t open the app, email Paira from the address on your account.
What deleting removesCommunity guidelines
Paira is a private place for you and the people close to you. To keep it that way:
- be kind, and treat the people in your space the way you’d like to be treated;
- share only what you have the right to share, and photos or details of other people only with their permission;
- never use Paira to harass, threaten, stalk or secretly monitor anyone;
- never share content that sexually exploits children or promotes violence, or intimate images of someone without their consent;
- don’t try to get into other people’s accounts, or push Paira’s AI to produce harmful content or reveal other people’s information.
These guidelines sum up “Using Paira fairly” in the Terms of service, which is the full agreement.
